In Ternopol region a criminal action has been brought against two citizens of Byelorussia, who attacked the citizen of Germany and stole his car Volvo S-80.

Criminals sat in the car of the habitant of Frankfurt-on-Oder in the Lutsk city and asked him to give a lift to Chernovtsy. Near the village Plebanovka of Terebovlyansky region Byelorussians began to quarrel with the driver about the fare. They demanded to reduce the sum they promised to pay.
