The first vice-premier of Ukraine, Anatoly Kinakh, coming out in the forum dedicated to the regulatory policy, called the investment value-added tax "a bit controversial one," "UNIAN" reported.

"It is a very controversial to tax the investment to the main funds in the midst of the financial year," mentioned Kinakh in particular.

He pointed to the necessity of systematic work directed on the improvement of tax administrating, the value-added tax in particular, and the creation of the single social tax.

Kinakh reckons that office-holders should be responsible for the damage of the state economic structure caused by their actions.
