The leader of SDPU (u), Viktor Medvedchuk, warned OSCE about plans of the new Ukrainian power concerning the use of so-called admin resource (people dependent of new power) for the next parliamentary election.
In particular, Medvedchuk mentioned that new power creates every possible condition for changing Ukraine into authoritarian state, "Ukrainskaya Pravda" reported.
He gave the concrete examples of persecution for opposite political views, use of admin resource for creation of new party of power. And he also pointed to the fact that power will try to use the resource for the victory on the next parliamentary election-2006.
