The prime minister of Ukraine, Julia Timoshenko, declared about necessity to alter radically the system of public health care service.
She also admitted that the first meeting on this question is going to be conducted today. The government plans to work out a program of actions regarding the changing of situation in the sphere of public health care service.
Timoshenko pointed out that the most part of Ukrainians can not buy quality and effective medicines because of the low gains.
Besides, she considers it necessary to introduce medicine insurance in Ukraine.
