Ministers responsible for higher education in 40 European countries meet in Bergen 19-20 May 2005 to take stock of the progress of the Bologna Process since the Berlin meeting in September 2003. The decision was made that Ukraine would join the Process.
After signing the documents, the Ukrainian delegation, headed by the minister of education and science, Stanislav Nicolaenko, continued together with other participants of the forum to discuss setting of directions for the further development towards the European Higher Education Area to be realised by 2010.
