The president of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko proposes to form a Youth Center under the aegis of Council of Europe in Kiev. He declared about it during his speech on Summit of leaders of states and governments of Council of Europe countries-members, which passes today in Warsaw.
"The future of Europe is in youth’s hands. We support all initiatives, directed to attract youth for realization of European values, for building civil society," said Yushchenko.
