It is advantageous for Ukraine to buy oil on international markets than in Russia, declared the prime minister of Ukraine Julia Timoshenko.
According to her, on world market oil costs 318 USD per a ton, while Russia sells it at the price of 340 USD per a ton. The cause of such price is monopoly of Russian oil on Ukrainian market.
According to Julia Timoshenko, Ukraine can lay in supplies of Kazakhstan or other countries’ oil, which is transported across Black Sea.
