Today, during the session of Donetsk regional council, it was announced about formation of the faction of Julia Timoshenko.
As "Obkom" reported, the faction includes 11 members and is headed by Vasily Salin.
Up to now the deputies’ body of the regional council was notable for its monolithic character: almost all deputies were the members of Party of Regions, except for one communist Vlasov.
