On May 9 the president of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko will take part in celebrations on the occasion of Victory Day in Moscow and Kiev.
As the press-service of the country’s leader reported, Yushchenko will stay in Moscow on May 8 - 9, will take part in the working meeting of the heads of CIS countries and in celebrations devoted to Victory Day, will meet with war veterans and visit festive concert.
On May 9, about 1:00 p.m. Yushchenko will arrive in Kiev and will take part in celebrations, devoted to Victory Day, which will take place in the capital of Ukraine.
In particular, it is planned that the president will participate in the march of column of war veterans along Khreshchatic (the central street), in the solemn part of celebrations and in soldier's dinner.
