All former and present officials, the voices of which were allegedly stated on Melnichenko’s records, have been already testified in General Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine, Svyatoslav Piskun, the prosecutor general, reported.
"Kuchma, Litvin, Derkach and others, who are recorded on Melnichenko’s records, weretestified in connection with "Gongadze’s case" as witnesses. The only person, who did not come, is Mr.Kravchenko," said Piskun.
Prosecutor General also admitted that he did not talk with the ex-president personally. "He (Kuchma - ed.), as well as others, was testified in Office of Public Prosecutor. Besides, Kuchma was not sent a notice of appointment, he was just called by phone – and he came".
