echersky district court of Kiev abolished the illegal decision about removal Julia Timoshenko from the post of vice prime minister of Ukraine of January 19, 2001, the press-service of Cabinet reported to ForUm.
In particular, the point is that there was illegal formulation of reason of Timoshenko’s removal from the post: "Julia Timoshenko is relieved of her post of the vice prime minister of Ukraine in connection with institution of criminal proceedings against Julia Timoshenko and decision of General Prosecutor of Ukraine of January 15, 2001."
Pechersky district court decided to unfile this motivation from the presidential edict of January 19, 2001.
In 2003 Supreme Court of Ukraine examined and dismissed the suit of Julia Timoshenko concerning this question.
