On the repeated voting Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine did not support the suggestion to form a temporal investigative commission charged with examination of circumstances of detaining the head of Donetsk regional council, Boris Kolesnikov, removal of Ruslan Bodelan from the post of the mayor of Odessa and other facts of violation of human rights.
Having mounted the platform after the session, the member of Social Democratic Party of Ukraine (united), Nestor Shufrich, declared that scores of workers were dismissed for reasons of policy, as they did not vote for Victor Yushchenko. Shufrich said that if the parliament forms an investigative commission, it will be possible to tell about all violations of human rights in the country.
During the voting a conflict happened between the leader of the faction "Nasha Ukraina" (Our Ukraine), Nyckolay Martinenko, and Nestor Shufrich, who tried to vote for the deputies of People’s Party.
