Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko was excluded from all search systems of Interpol. Thus, she cannot be arrested on charge of commission of crime on the case, brought by the General Military Office of Public Prosecutor of Russia.

Acting chief of the Ukrainian Interpol Bureau Kirill Kulikov declared about it today in Kyiv, commenting the statement of Russian Prosecutor General Vladimir Ustinov that the criminal case, brought in Russia against Julia Tymoshenko, was not closed, UNIAN informed.

Kulikov pointed out that Interpol Secretary General Ronald Noble initiated to exclude all data, concerning the search of Julia Tymoshenko, out of the international system of Interpol during March 3-4, 2005 in the Interpol headquarters in Lyon, at an international conference of Interpol chiefs.

This initiative was supported, and the Interpol administration sent three letters of corresponding content to the Russian General Prosecution, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Interpol Bureau.

Kulikov underlined also that according to the Vienna Convention of 1961, the Ukrainian Prime Minister has a diplomatic immunity. "Russia, being a state, which ratified this convention, must stop and prevent any encroachments on honor, freedom, and dignity of a person, who has immunity due to the convention", - Kulikov said.
