The prime minister of Ukraine Julia Timoshenko can arrive in Russia according to the international legislation and protocol, the prosecutor general of Russian Federation Vladimir Ustinov declared.
"As concerns the criminal case against Timoshenko, the declared search is still in force", - the prosecutor said.
Speaking about possibility of closing the case, the prosecutor general underlined: "A considerable material damage was caused to Russian Federation – about $100 million. Amends were not made and prosecution has no grounds to stop investigation".
Ustinov also said that "citizens of Russia, who got bribes, are called to account and their criminal case will be given to court soon".
We remind, Julia Timoshenko intends to visit Russia on April 15-16.
