Both cars are damaged badly. According to "Obosrevatel", the minister has not suffered.

At set-off from the parking of Ministry of transport of Ukraine the driver of the car of the minister of transport Eugen Chervonenko rudely broke rules, created an emergency situation, and got into an accident.
