General Office of Public Prosecutor brought an action concerning the fact of incitement to giving a bribe to the top management of government of Ukraine, the press-service of General Prosecution reported to ForUm.
On March, 29, 2005, within the criminal case, investigators of General Prosecution and Security Service of Ukraine detained the retired colonel of police and the helper of PM of Ukraine Mikhail Potebenko for giving bribe in sum 50 000 dollars of the USA .
