On March, 29, 2005, within the criminal case, investigators of General Prosecution and Security Service of Ukraine detained the retired colonel of police and the helper of PM of Ukraine Mikhail Potebenko for giving bribe in sum 50 000 dollars of the USA .
Press-service did not specify to whom exactly they tried give a bribe.
