Minister of transport Eugen Chervonenko declared in an interview to the "Ukraynska pravda" that he had rescued life of the prime minister of Ukraine Julia Timoshenko.
"… I say it for the first time: I had rescued her life", - Chervonenko declared.
"There was a situation in Kirovograd during elections. A mine was placed. I will say you nothing more, - Chervonenko said. Answering a qualifying question, the minister of transport marked that a mine had been "real. Plastic". He added also, that not only she could have been killed. "Plastid is not for fireworks", - Chervonenko said.
Answering the question, whether an office of public prosecutor brought an action, Chervonenko marked ironically: "We with Tretiakov (the first helper of the president) were pressed by tractors in Kirovograd! Well, did an office of public prosecutor react?".
