At the same time, the deputy noticed that members of commission "to a greater extent rely on the investigation which general Prosecution conducts".
Konovalenko marked also, that he was extremely surprised by the statement that not only the names of customers are already known but also those, who transported the toxic agent and who poured it in foodstuff.
"I have an appropriate question - why they are not arrested until now? If Yushchenko had confirmed he knew who poisoned him, investigatory powers should undertake actions in order to punish these people", - the deputy marked.
