The Russian sailor-fugitive is detained in Sevastopol

On Sunday at 9.30 in the apartment of one of educational establishments of Sevastopol the sailor Lachkov Alexander was detained by subdivisions of “Bercut/Eagle” and military commandant's headquarters of the Sevastopol garrison of Russian Federation

We remind that at night, on the 4th of February, he disappeared with a weapon during the changing of internal guard of zenithal-rocket regiment of the Watersides troops.

Guidance of MIA of Ukraine in Sevastopol was immediately informed about the fact of disappearance of serviceman with a weapon;  combined searches were organized (as “Interfax-Ukraina”  reported  in press-service of the Black sea navy of Russia). For investigation of circumstances and reasons of happened fact, and also for sailor-fugitive search  a group was created at the head of the chief of the Sevastopol garrison, the rear-admiral Halaichev Eugen.

Sailor Lachkov was drafted from a city Kamenets-Uralsky of the Sverdlovskii region in June, 2004. He  arrived to unit last year, on the 17th of December, from educational detachment, he repeatedly and successfully executed the tasks of guarding service and was characterized from a positive side.
