Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will consider the draft state budget for 2014, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said, opening the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Today, the government will consider the draft state budget for 2014. Thus, we begin a very important stage of the budget process. This is a laborious and time-limited work," he said.
The Prime Minister has decided not to call its main parameters, not to rush things.
"I can only say that the main parameters we have to be balanced in a way to ensure the stability of public financing, economic development and social protection. This is the main requirement to the state budget for the next year," Azarov said, promising that the government will create new incentives to increase the economic freedom of business activity in Ukraine.
