Accompanied by his deputy chief of staff, Viktor Bondar, President Viktor Yushchenko has left for a one-day visit to Ukraine’s Kherson region.
Yushchenko intends to attend a solemn opening ceremony of the machine-building plant in the town of Tavriysk. Then Viktor Yushchenko will visit the Kakhovka Plant for Electric Welding Equipment.
The short conference with the mass media representatives is also planned to be held in this region.
On August 22 the President will pay a working visit to Rivenska and Zhytomyrska regions.
