On August 6 Ukraine imposed a ban on import of receptive products to foot-and-mouth disease from Great Britain. The State department of veterinary medicine informed.
According to official information of international epizootic bureau, outburst of foot-and-mouth disease is detected on the territory of Great Britain and North Ireland.
Transportation of any other cargo from Great Britain must be carried out in accordance with veterinary demands.
According to press service of State department of veterinary medicine, the reason of ban is outburst of foot-and-mouth disease on farm near Gilford in Surrey country.
