First vice PM Mykola Azarov is convinced that chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Moroz will sign the Cabinet law, vetoed by the President for the second time.

“Moroz will sign the law. After it is published, it will come into force,” Azarov said.

On January 20 Moroz declared that if the Head of the State does not sign the law in term, then he as a chairman of the VR will put his signature.

As regards Moroz declaration, the press office of the President published a statement which said that the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada does not have a Constitutional right to sign law, returned by the President for repeat consideration. Such actions are unconstitutional and illegal.
