The Belarusian investor LLC Belbudinvest is planning to perform an investment project for construction of a year-round recreational and health-improving complex in Chernomorsky region of Crimea. The announcement was made by Anatoly Mogilev, Chairman of Council of Ministers of Crimea, at a session of the Council of Investors dedicated to investment projects in health resort sector, the Information-Analytical Bulletin of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine informs.

Mogilev also noted that creation of a favorable investment climate is one of the key initiatives of Ukrainian President, who instructed the appropriate agencies to ensure the most favorable conditions for investors.

"We agreed to meet every month and discuss the outstanding issues arising in business. We all understand that authorities shall ensure the maximum assistance to investors. Investment means inflow of capital, jobs for Crimean residents, money in the budget," said the Chairman of Council of Ministers.

At the same time, according to Yuri Kozak, Head of LLC Belbudinvest, the project will be supported by 9 million USD; 2.5 million UAH will be invested in 2014. The project will create 70 jobs. Project completion period is 2-2.5 years.

According to investor, the complex is designed for 200 guests. It will include a modern recreational base and relevant infrastructure (city within a city), with modern swimming pools, sports facilities, chain of restaurants and cafes, meeting rooms. "We are planning to achieve the average annual occupancy of 58%," said Yuri Kozak.
