Public utilities ask protesters to leave KCSA building

Kyiv public utilities asked protesters to unblock the work of Kyiv City Council and Kyiv City State Administration to avoid transport collapse and technological disaster, the press service of the administration reported.

"During severe weather conditions all city services should work consistently and clearly as a single mechanism. Stable operation of the urban economy requires clear coordination and operational decisions. Blocking of the work of Kyiv City Council and Kyiv City State Administration complicates communication and interaction between structural departments and can lead to transport collapse or even technological disaster," the statement said.

"The protesters who occupied the building of capital government must understand that it is necessary to remember a civic duty, obligation to care of the city where we all live and work, while expressing civil position," the statement noted.
