Neither the President nor the Verkhovna Rada will agree to impose a state of emergency in Ukraine, MP from the Party of Regions Hanna Herman said on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I know well that neither the President nor the head of Parliament will agree to impose a state of emergency in Ukraine," she said.
Herman said that today she talked about this with speaker Volodymyr Rybak. "He reiterated his position once again that he will never support any emergency situations in the country," she said.
