The issue on imposition of a state of emergency in Ukraine will not be considered at the extraordinary session of Parliament, justice minister Olena Lukash said on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The issue on imposition of a state of emergency will not be considered," she said.
The minister refused to comment on the agreements between the government and the opposition that were achieved on results of yesterday's meeting.
