Police opened criminal proceedings in the death of two people in the center of Kyiv, the press service of the Internal Ministry of Ukraine in Kyiv reported ForUm correspondent.
"Criminal proceedings were opened into these facts under part 1 of Article 115 (deliberate murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine," the press service said.
