The Kyiv District Administrative Court banned protesters to hold rallies, use loudspeakers and set the stage in the capital during the period from January 8 till March 8, 2014.
Such court decision brought by a claim of the Kyiv City State Administration on January 6 was promulgated in the Single State Register of judgments.
According to the court decision, the ban applies to the UDAR parliamentary faction, Kyiv city organization of political parties "Batkivshchyna", Ukrainian public organization "People's solidarity for social protection and mutual aid", as well as other organizations and associations, "which realize the right to peaceful assembly."
