The Main Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine is investigating the criminal proceedings against the former MP ("Batkivshchyna" faction), defender of ex-premier Yulia Tymoshenko Serhiy Vlasenko.
"The Main Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine has entered in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations the information on committing of illegal acts by Vlasenko towards his ex-wife Natalia Okunska under Part 2 of Art. 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Illegal confinement or abduction of a person)," ForUm learned from the PGO press office.
