The national commission, carrying out state regulation in the sphere of utility services, identified a single mechanism for setting tariffs for centralized water supply and drainage, improved the form of submission of calculated materials by licensees.
According the national commission, the decree on approval of the procedure for setting tariffs for centralized water supply and drainage will enter into force on January 10, 2014.
The new procedure for setting tariffs for centralized water supply and drainage helps to establish a consistent and clear mechanism for submission, consideration of calculated materials, setting tariffs for centralized water supply and drainage, protection of consumer rights and interests, coordination of work and increase of responsibility of a licensee during implementation of tariff calculation.
