A break was announced in the Verkhovna Rada till 2 pm to hold consultations, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Due to the fact that we have lot of issues for consideration today there is a proposal to agree the meeting agenda and take a break until 2 pm," the head of Parliament Volodymyr Rybak said.
According to him, the break is necessary for relevant committees to work with the budget. In addition, the factions’ leaders will gather in the speaker’s office to hold consultations.
