Cabinet of Ministers proposes the Verkhovna Rada to pass the state budget for 2014 with revenues of 392.404 billion UAH and expenses of 447.294 billion UAH. This is stated in the bill №3000, published on December 19 on the Parliament's website.
In particular, according to Article 1, it is proposed to determine the budget revenues for 2014 in the amount of 392 404 327.7 thousand hryvnia, including revenues of the general budget fund in the amount of 347 515 815 thousand hryvnia and revenues of the special budget fund of 44 888 512.7 thousand hryvnia.
State budget expenses are proposed to be established in the amount of 447 294 687.9 thousand hryvnia, including the general fund expenses in the amount of 401 113 217 thousand hryvnia and expenses of the special fund in the amount of 46 181 470.9 thousand hryvnia.
Credit reimbursement is proposed in the amount of 4390 745.1 thousand hryvnia, including reimbursement to the general fund - in the amount of 1 410 09.2 thousand hryvnia, to the special fund - in the amount of 2 980 653.9 thousand hryvnia.
Extending credit from the state budget is proposed in the amount of 9047 619.9 thousand hryvnia, including extending from the general fund in the amount of 1 361 341.5 thousand hryvnia and from the special fund - in the amount of 7686 278.4 thousand hryvnia.
Maximum deficit is proposed in the amount of 59 547 235 thousand hryvnia, including that of the general fund - in the amount of 53 548 652.3 thousand hryvnia and that of special fund - in the amount of 5998 582.7 thousand hryvnia.
