Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuri Boiko explained lowering of Gazprom’s gas prices for the National Joint Stock Company "Naftogaz Ukrainy" with Russia’s fears to lose the Ukrainian market.
"Gas arrangements have become a big irritant of our relations. We used to begin and end talks on gas price. Therefore, the Russian colleagues have understood that they lose their market, and we lose production. It's time to make mutual advances," he said to journalists in Moscow.
