On Thursday, the Kyiv Court of Appeals changed the measure of restraint for Viktor Radchenko, previously detained for bodily injury to a police officer in the Independence Square on November 24. He was freed on personal obligation.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv, the case against Radchenko is investigated under the Criminal Code article on threat of violence against a law enforcement officer.
