International Monetary Fund made advances to Ukraine on issue of tariff policy formation, and real progress in negotiations on credit granting can be expected within next one - two weeks, revenues and duties minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Klymenko said in an interview with Channel 1 +1.

"As for the IMF, our position on tariff, fiscal and monetary policies moved closer. Today, we received a positive signal from the IMF, and we are ready to finish these negotiations and get loans," Klymenko said.

However, he clarified that the convergence of positions occurred on the need to raise tariffs for the population as well.

"I think that we will be able to see a real progress within one or two weeks," Klymenko said.
