Progress is seen in talks between majority, opposition, Yefremov says

There is a progress in negotiations between the majority and the opposition in Parliament, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov said, ForUm correspondent reports.

"There has been set up a fragile contact between the opposition and the majority. We agreed that today everyone will come with their proposals. As a result of these consultations, we are to form a vision of further actions," he said.

According to Yefremov, consultations will be continued today.

"We have one point of contact - we can not escalate the situation to an extent of losing the state. Each side has its own proposals. They have little in common, but we’ll try to find a path leading to a balanced solution," he said.
