Speaker of the parliament Volodymyr Rybak does not rule out that the state budget for 2014 will not be adopted before the yearend.
"There is little time left for consideration of state budget for 2014. All reasonable terms for consideration have already expired. The budget is 95-97% ready, and the remaining calculations will be made by December 20, I think. When all numbers are agreed, the draft budget will be submitted for consideration to the parliament, but there will not time left," he told journalists.
In that case, in his opinion, the financing in the first month of 2014 will be allocated following calculations of January of 2013. "Such cases have already happened in practice, but it does not do any good," Rybak noted.
