Kyiv District Administrative Court has banned any rallies in the city center from December 1, 2013 till January 7, 2014, Interfax-Ukraine informs referring to the Channel 5.

The complainant was the city administration of Kyiv. The court fully satisfied the complainant's claim.

Kyiv's authorities appealed to the court with a claim to ban rallies in Bankova Street, where the Ukraine's President's office is located, Hrushevsky Street, where there are the Parliament's and the government's offices, near the Interior Ministry's building in Bohomolets Street and in Yevropeyska Square and Maidan Nezalezhnosti Square for the above-mentioned period.
