Representatives of the European monitoring mission former president of the European Parliament Pat Cox and former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski participate in the next meeting of the working group on developing a bill on the treatment of prisoners abroad, ForUm correspondent reports.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak is also expected to attend the meeting.
