Ukraine's partners do not take an active part in creation of the Black Sea Grain Committee, agrarian policy and food minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.

"We are working, but for some reason our neighbors are not active in this issue," he said.

The minister said that Ukraine has submitted its proposals and believes that this committee should carry out analytical and recommendation functions and have the structures of FAO and AMIS.

However, Prysiazhniuk stressed that Ukraine has fulfilled all obligations towards the creation of the Black Sea Grain Committee. "There were no suggestions from other parties," he concluded.
