Working group on developing bill on prisoners' treatment makes compromise on three positions

A working group on developing a joint bill on treatment of prisoners abroad has found a common ground on three positions out of nineteen, MP from the Party of Regions Volodymyr Oliynyk told Channel 5 on Monday.

"We have agreed to move towards a consensus. So we have found a common ground on three positions out of nineteen, which should be reflected in the law. We will continue our work," he said.
