The Party of Regions faction does not see sense to come to the extraordinary session of parliament if the bill on treatment of prisoners abroad is not developed before Wednesday, November 13, MP from the Party of Regions faction Volodymyr Oliynyk told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.
He stressed that the bills on prosecutor's office and reforming of electoral legislation can not be submitted to the hall, as they are not yet prepared for the second reading, and the bill on treatment of prisoners abroad has not developed yet.
"Now I have no legal grounds to take part in two issues, the third issue is open," Oliynyk said.
