Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement Andriy Kozhemiakin denied information about the arrest of defender of Ukraine's ex-Premier Yulia Tymoshenko and ex-MP Serhiy Vlasenko, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the Prosecutor's General Office denied the arrest of Vlasenko.
It is worth noting that leader of Batkivschyna faction Arseniy Yatseniuk said that Serhiy Vlasenko was arrested on Monday.
"Just now I got an SMS sent by Serhiy Valsenko from the prosecutor's office saying that he has been arrested," Yatseniuk said during the unscheduled sitting of the Parliamentary Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement.
