Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak signed the order "On convening of the extraordinary sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation".
The order was signed at the request of 160 MPs to convene an extraordinary sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation, and in accordance with the eighth part of Article 19 of the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
"To convene the extraordinary plenary sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation at 10:00 a.m. on 13 November 2013, in which to consider the following questions: 1) the draft law of Ukraine on the possibility of treatment abroad of persons sentenced to imprisonment: 2 ) the draft law of Ukraine on the prosecutor’s office; 3) the draft law of Ukraine on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning improvement of the legislation on," the text of the document says.
In addition , Rybak instructed the head of the Staff of Parliament Valentyn Zaychuk to ensure the preparation and conduct of the extraordinary plenary sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on November 13, 2013 and to inform the people's deputies of Ukraine of the issues, which are to be considered.
