The working group on developing a joint bill on the treatment of prisoners abroad is ready to hold an organizational meeting on Monday, head of the group Hennady Vasilyev told ForUm correspondent.
The MP said that the first meeting will be organizational.
According to him, the MPs will work in the hall of the Committee on legislative support of law enforcement.
Vasilyev also assured that the process of developing a joint bill will be transparent, and the media will be informed.
