The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed in the first reading the bill №3396 on amendments to the legislation on improvement of the law on parliamentary elections. 281 MPs voted for the draft, ForUm correspondent reports.
Speaker Volodymyr Rybak instructed to prepare the bill for the second reading at the reduced procedure.
The document was submitted to the Parliament by members of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov, Volodymyr Oliynyk and Dmytro Shpenov.
