President of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev is going to visit Ukraine, foreign minister of the Republic of Bulgaria Kristian Vigenin said, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, agreements on the visit of Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev to Ukraine and the visit of Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov to Bulgaria were reached during the meeting with foreign minister of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara.
In addition, the diplomat stressed that Bulgaria actively supports Ukraine's aspiration for signing the Association Agreement with the European Union.
"We would like to support Ukraine in signing of the Association Agreement with the EU and the accession to the free trade area. There are no sharp unsolved issues between our countries, so we are trying to cooperate more actively and effectively in the fields of culture, science, education and tourism," he said.
