The European Parliament's Observation Mission, consisting of ex-President of the European Parliament Pat Cox and ex-President of Poland Aleksander Kwasniewski arrived in the Verkhovna Rada, ForUm correspondent reports.
They went to the office of speaker Volodymyr Rybak.
