The Cabinet of Ministers approved amendments to the Budget Code in connection with the implementation of the Law "On Recycling of Vehicles", ecology and natural resources minister of Ukraine Oleg Proskuriakov told a briefing in the Cabinet, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The Cabinet of Ministers adopted amendments to the Budget Code in connection with the introduction of the recycling tax. These funds will go into a special fund, managed by the Ecology Ministry. When these changes are voted for, we will develop procedures for their use. However, all 100% will go into a special fund," Proskuriakov said.
He also noted that approximately 2 billion UAH will be received from the tax collection annually.
